We prepare unaudited financial statements and the XBRL file your company files with ACRA. For existing clients, a simplified XBRL set starts at S$400 and a full XBRL set at S$600, including the financial statements and the file uploaded through BizFinX.

Does your company need XBRL?
Most Singapore companies that file financial statements with their annual return must file them in XBRL format. Some companies are exempt or may file in another format, and solvent exempt private companies need not file financial statements at all. ACRA sets out who must file what, and which taxonomy (full or simplified) applies.
Does your company need an audit?
A private company is generally exempt from audit if it qualifies as a small company, which means meeting at least two of three limits for the past two financial years: annual revenue of S$10 million or less, total assets of S$10 million or less, and 50 or fewer employees. Group tests apply to subsidiaries. Check with our audit exemption checker.
How it works
- We close the books and agree the trial balance with you.
- We prepare the financial statements and the directors’ statement under the applicable Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
- The directors approve the accounts, usually before the AGM or written resolutions.
- We prepare and validate the XBRL file and file it with the annual return.
