Striking Off and Winding Up a Singapore Company

We handle striking off from S$300 for existing clients and winding up from S$600, depending on the complexity of the company. Striking off is the simpler, lower-cost way to close a company that has stopped trading and has no assets or debts. A company with assets to distribute, creditors to pay or disputes to resolve usually needs to be wound up instead.

Before applying to strike off

What happens after the application

ACRA reviews the application and publishes a notice in the Government Gazette. Creditors and others can object. If there is no valid objection, the company is struck off after the notice period and a final notice is published. A struck-off company can in some cases be restored; read restoring a struck-off company.
