Why a company needs a registered office
Every Singapore company must have a registered office in Singapore where official notices can be served and where certain registers may be kept. It must be open to the public for at least three hours during normal business hours on each business day. Many small companies use a corporate service provider’s address so a home address does not appear on public records.
