How we work
- A named company secretary. Every corporate secretarial client has a named secretary, as ACRA requires, and can reach the team by email or WhatsApp.
- Raffles Suite included. Clients get our Raffles Suite tools, such as Raffles Vault for company documents and invoices and Raffles Sign for electronic signatures, with no extra software subscription fee.
- Clear published pricing. Our main fees are listed on our packages page.
- Compliance first. As a corporate service provider we carry out customer due diligence under the Corporate Service Providers Act 2024, including video calls for remote incorporations and share transfers.
Work passes, employment and legal matters
Work pass and employment agency services are provided by our associated company, Little Big Employment Agency Pte Ltd, a licensed employment agency (see singaporeemploymentagency.com). Raffles Corporate Services is not a law firm. Where a client needs legal advice or representation, we can coordinate assistance from advisers at associated law firms.
