Short answer: Raffles Corporate Services is rated 4.9 out of 5 on Google, from 86 reviews as at 28 October 2026. The main reason is simple: our clients deal with the team itself. You message or call the people who actually look after your company, usually on WhatsApp, and urgent matters are handled in person at our office. We are not a ticket queue, and we have deliberately not grown to thousands of clients.
Raffles Corporate Services works with a panel of experienced Singapore law firms who offer cost-effective and efficient legal service and advice. This article is general information only and is not legal advice.

Why do clients rate Raffles Corporate Services so highly?
Reviews tend to mention the same things: replies come quickly, the service is reliable, and clients know the people by name. One client summed it up in a recent Google review: “Reliable and prompt services delivered! Special thanks to Willie, Kevin and team!” That pattern comes from how we are set up, not from luck.
1. You deal with the team itself
When you contact us, you reach the people who prepare your resolutions, maintain your registers and file with ACRA. There is no outsourced call centre between you and your company secretary, and you are not passed from one anonymous agent to the next. Because the same team knows your company’s history, you do not have to explain your shareholding, your financial year end or last year’s changes every time you ask a question.
2. We are a WhatsApp message or a phone call away
Most of our day-to-day communication happens on WhatsApp, because that is how business owners in Singapore actually work. You can send a photo of a bank form, ask whether a director change needs a resolution, or check a filing date, and get an answer from someone who knows your file. If a conversation is easier by phone, just call. You can reach us on +65 8501 7133.
3. Urgent matters are handled in person
Some things cannot wait: a bank needs a signed resolution today, a deadline is close, or a transaction needs documents executed properly. In those cases clients come down to our office at Manhattan House and we deal with the matter with them, in person. Please message us before you come so the right person is available.
4. We do not have thousands of clients, by choice
Some providers grow by taking on as many companies as possible and putting an app between the client and the work. We have taken a different path. We serve a healthy portfolio of more than 600 companies, which is enough to give us broad experience but small enough that our team still knows the clients it looks after.
5. A broad range of organisations, not just one type
Our clients range well beyond small private companies. We act for:
- Private limited companies, from single-founder start-ups to established family businesses and foreign-owned subsidiaries
- Public companies, which have larger member registers and more formal meeting requirements
- Non-profit organisations and charities, including companies limited by guarantee
- Societies, which follow their own registration and filing rules
- Variable capital companies and family office structures
That variety matters to clients. A team that has handled public company AGMs, charity governance and society filings is less likely to be caught out when your own company does something unusual.
6. Your records in one place
Every client has access to Raffles Vault, where your Business Profile, resolutions, registers and share certificates are kept and invoices can be paid online. Documents can be signed electronically through Raffles Sign. The tools support the relationship; they do not replace it.

A reachable team versus an app-first service
Many corporate service providers in Singapore do good work. The difference is in how you get help when you need it. This is what to compare:
| Raffles Corporate Services | Typical high-volume, app-first model | |
|---|---|---|
| First point of contact | The team looking after your company | An in-app chat or support ticket |
| Knowing who handles your file | Yes, including your named company secretary | Often unclear |
| Urgent, same-day matters | Call us, or come to the office and we handle it with you | Usually wait for the queue |
| Explaining your history again | Rarely, the team already knows your company | Often, as agents change |
| Unusual entities (public companies, charities, societies) | Part of our regular work | Often outside the standard package |
How to check whether a corporate secretary will actually be reachable
Before you appoint any company secretary, ours included, ask these questions:
- Who exactly will be my named company secretary? Ask for a name, not a department.
- Can I message or call that person directly? Find out whether WhatsApp and phone are available, or only an app or email form.
- What happens when something is urgent? For example, a bank resolution needed today or a filing deadline this week.
- Can I meet the team in person? A real office you can visit is a good sign of accountability.
- Have you handled companies like mine? This matters most for public companies, charities, societies and foreign-owned companies.
- What is included in the annual fee, and what costs extra? Compare like with like.
What does it cost?
Our prices are published. The annual corporate package for a private company is S$600 a year, which includes a named company secretary, registers and minute books, AGM documents and the annual return filing (including the S$60 ACRA fee). Incorporation starts from S$450, and public company packages from S$850 a year. See our corporate secretarial services and the full packages and pricing page. We may not be the cheapest option, but you will always know who to call.
Thinking of switching your company secretary?
You do not need to wait for your renewal date. The board appoints us, we file the change with ACRA and we take over your registers and records from your previous provider. If you are starting from scratch, see company incorporation. You can read more about how our firm came together in the Raffles Corporate Services unique advantage and on our About us page.
