For young individuals with a passion for travel and a desire for international work experience, Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM) offers the Work Holiday Pass. This pass grants eligible foreign university students and recent graduates the opportunity to live and work in the vibrant city-state for a period of six months.
The primary aim of the Work Holiday Programme is to foster cultural exchange and provide young people with a unique opportunity to gain professional experience in a dynamic global hub. It allows participants to supplement their vacation with short-term employment, enabling them to immerse themselves in the local culture and workforce.

To be eligible for the Work Holiday Pass, applicants must meet the following key requirements:
- Age: Be between 18 and 25 years old at the time of application.
- Nationality and Education: Be a student or graduate of a university in one of the following countries or territories: Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or the United States.
